Music Video Podcast: Exploring Success and the Soul of Music
Project Description
This video podcast is dedicated to exploring the careers and successes of extraordinary musical personalities, including singers, instrumentalists and researchers, both Cuban and international. In each episode, an artist shares his or her story in 12-15 minute conversations, recounting how he or she became successful and the experiences that shaped his or her career. Each week, a new guest brings their inspiration and music to the audience.
Hostess
Elena Godinez Dalmau, Journalist (2021). Graduated from the Faculty of Communication of the University of Havana and specialized in cultural issues. She has worked for media such as Granma Newspaper, Cubarte Newspaper, Alma Mater Magazine and television channels such as Cubavisión Internacional, Canal Caribe and CREART TV, channel of the Ministry of Culture of Cuba. As a journalist on cultural issues he has participated in various events throughout the country and for his merits he was awarded the membership of the Hermanos Saíz Association. As an investigative journalist she has published in prestigious magazines such as Ocean Sur. As part of TVC's team of journalists, she has participated in events such as the Havana International Book Fair, the Havana Film Festival, the Nicolás Guillén Colloquium, the Havana Biennial, the II Forum-Workshop of Cultural and Creative Industries, Jazz Plaza Festival, Cubadisco, among other events. She has knowledge of editing and production, as well as a degree in Basic English. She is also interested in social and heritage issues, as well as Cuban music and its influence. She has taken courses in Communication with a focus on Gender and currently intends to continue her education in television journalism from the cultural field.

Share podcasts on major social platforms and potentially on channels such as Clave and Cubavisión Internacional.
